Absolutely agree with @gunbei it is a path to nowhere. I did not like this nutrition system. Poor health and weakness - that's what I felt.
Tried this type of fasting, it’s not as scary as it sounds but when there’s a question “to eat or not to ear” my only answer is to EAT ( I prefer to trace the calories and eat regularly withing the 12-hour period rather than fasting for about 16 hours), I felt dizzy and unhealthy that time. It Is my point of view.
